Legs-up the wall
This yoga pose can be summed as the most cooling yoga pose for summer. This can be counted as everyone’s favorite yoga. Legs up the wall are very easy to do with the number of benefits which include alleviation of stress, headache, swelling, and indigestion. To perform this yoga pose you need to lie down on your back lifting your leg upward on the wall and your bottom as close as to the wall. Your feet should face towards the sky. This pose can be very relaxing and soothing.
Knee to chest
Knee to the chest also known as ‘Eka Pada Apanasana’ is a great yoga pose to beat the heat. In summer months our tendency to eat heavy food increases so this yoga pose can be very beneficial to reduce bloating as it helps to aid digestion. The other benefit of this yoga is the increase of core strength and this yoga reduces stress. To implement this pose you should lay flat on your back with your leg straight out Infront of you. Bend your knees and then hug it (note: you can perform this both by hugging two legs at a time or by hugging one at a time). This massages the digestive tract and runs the digestive process smoothly.
Child pose (balasana)
A child’s pose or balasana is a very popular yoga pose. It helps to strengthen hips, thighs, ankles reducing fatigue. It helps to relax the muscles and lows your back pains. Child pose is done by keeping the knees and ankles close to each other as you sit on your heels. Touch your head to the ground and your hands back to the outside of your feet. Your palm should face up and the fingers should be curled towards your palm. Hold this position for a minute or more. The next benefit of this pose is; it is super calming for the mind.
Savasana (corpse pose)
This is the perfect pose to practice when the weather is warm and you need to cool both your mind and your body. All you need to do is lie on your back releasing tension and breathe control. Hold this pose as much as you can. This posture is restorative for the mind, body, and soul. The other benefit of this yoga pose is; it maintains body temperature.
Padhastasana
It is a very easy yoga pose as it needs no warm-up and is easy to do. Stand forward bend touching your toes. Bend your knees as much as needed. Catch the soles of your feet with your palm facing up. Stay at this position up to eight breathes and slowly release your hands from your soles. This helps to eliminate stress, anxiety, fatigue, and energizes the body. Padhastasana helps to improve blood circulation, flexibility, and balance.

Mediation deals with mental relaxation and concentration. It helps to empty your mind and teaches you to become calm. Mediation is a very easy task to do. All you need to do is sit in a comfortable position and let nothing pass through your mind. You need to bring your mind to zero at least for 10-15 minutes.
