One week Yoga Retreat in Nepal
One week yoga retreat is suitable for those who do not have a long time holiday. You will have a duration of 7 days and 6 nights. The food, we provide here are normally vegetarian, and vegan. And they are completely natural and hygienic. The residence facility is in the Nepalese style.
However, if any of the students want otherwise, we fulfill their wants. In this one-week yoga retreat, Asana (Yoga Pose), Pranayama, Meditation, relaxation, Surya-namaskara, chanting, etc. are taught. In yoga, there are eight organs- Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi. We teach all these eight limbs of yoga in this one-week yoga retreat in Nepal. These all eight organs of yoga are taught thoroughly. These all are made to practice by an experienced teacher.
Besides, you will learn a practical approach to follow the path of yoga. So, the package is an ideal combination of both theoretical and practical.
