<p style="text-align: justify;">Mudras are the one that enhance the power of yoga making it more effective and easy to learn. They mean ‘seal’, &#8216;gesture&#8217; or &#8216;mark&#8217;. Exploring mudras systematically will help a yoga practitioner to perform yoga more effectively.
